As all ready noted here these are used to bring down that wonderful Earth based dragon in CoP 4-2.

What is not noted is thats theres a NPC in Tav. Safehold that will trade 2 tail feathers for one of these. going on the prices of my server...

20-30k per 12 feathers
30k divided by 6 = 5k per Mistmelt

Just saying check the Feathers before you go buyin this CoPs is costly enough and good luck!
