surprisingly, this item is cheap enough that you could buy it to level up a new job. the +20 mp is like a 50-100% boost at low levels, depending on the job. +6 vit is basically doubling the vit for a blm. w/ exp ring and fields of valor pages, it should wear off right around the time you hit 10-11, which is when you'd start heading to dunes.
Good idea to pick one up and hold it on a mule for cooking Guild Point purposes. One will get you 6.475 of 6.720k GP available that day, saving you 10k over turning in 2 NQs.
And no, I wouldn't mind selling these accidents for 10k instead of NPCing for 6.5k ^^;
