First off, I'll just say I'm sure I'll get ranked down for this.
To all you RDMs that are freaking about about, isn't it quite possible that you'll get this spell in the 86~99 range?
Enlight its not Enhancing magic like the other EN spells (excluding Endark which is Dark), its Divine.
PLD has a B+ in enhacing magic and has to wait till 85 to get this. RDM has an E rating.
I'm aware that RDM doesn't have any natural Divine spells (anymore). Giving a divine spell, even though its an enspell, to RDM, breaks that trait. Even if you do get it, most RDMs have a crap leveled Divine magic skill anyhow (unless they played other jobs, obviously).
If PLD has to wait till 85 (with a higher skill), why would RDM get it at the same time as PLD?
Its still possible that RDM will get this (and Endark for that matter, same idea, just swap PLD with DRK). If they don't its because of the fact that RDM doesn't get divine spells of their own, not just a random screw over.
If not resisted you can do up to 1128 additional DMG with this spell. (first hit +47DMG and one less for each following hit)
The additionan DMG seems not to add enmity.
