sylverfox... might just be that i craft these but i think these are pretty good for whm's at about all lvls. they're really reasonably priced for all the benefits they provide.
Fairly low level synth that offers a great food option for lower level white mage. With cooking around the low 60s I HQ these about 50% of the time when I've made them. With out any of the cooking guild extras.
