This is great food to use for skilling up parry. I've been solo'ing pucks and korrigan. The vit/def/agi are all great stats for blood tanking onion heads.
Tav salad is good like tacos, but the draw back is it's unstackable. so i'd have to say tacos over salad would be best used.
