Using this before a Voidwatch Op [by trading it to the Rift] will increase your Blue Spectral Alignment.

Doing so increases the QUANTITY of the items you obtain from the Riftworn Pyxis after a Voidwatch Op.
You may use up to 3 of them at once, for a total of 150% Blue Alignment. [50% per cell.]

Ilax is correct, selling a stack of these Cells for less than 90k is punching yourself in the groin ... assuming you're using Cruor to but the Cells.

However, although not common (probably), it should be pointed out that one can purchase these Cells using Conquest Points and other means, too.
