To those non-crafters that wonder why there might not be any on their AH on their servers: The Koh-I-Noor goes into making this, and is 100% loose on a break. You need to have a good supply of sparkling stones to even attempt this. Also needs 2 dark matters, so imagine the pain on a critical break. Happy AH hunting.
