As for November 28th update, drop rate DRASTICALLY increased, that's why this big price drop on these. (Used to cost 80k, now they are 2k lol)

the reason for bad rate is you fought low lvl ones the War lnyx in meriphted moutains have a rate of 35% or so

Does anyone know the drop rate on the hide? Ive soloed a few Lynx on my 59 rdm in meriphataud mountains and I have yet to get a drop.

I tinkered around in Saro_S for a while on my 75 NIN subbing THF.

I would highly recommend doing this as a thief as others have, so far after an hour, nothing at all.

SE needs to lower drop rates on some of quest hides. Since gobbiebag VII they have increased demand, and it is killing leathercraft profitability =(

killed a bunch of Lynx. id say they have around a 6% drop rate with TH4. REALLY low drop rate. dont expect to come home with many if you farm them.
