At this current price (4k/stack), I suggest buying all of it, sell to npc around the corner in jeuno, make a nice profit! Another example of how to make a ton of gil by taking advantage of other people's under-selling & under-pricing!
Interestingly, when I "cut in" on an RMT trade triangle in Bastok Mines, I was traded 7 stacks of these and some ice crystals. I would guess they were buying them cheap and NPCing them for profit :(
