Even with the recent changes... overall nuking power is still insanely high (only a loss of 6-7% dmg since decreasing the Magic Atk Bonus). The changes have easily doubled helix dmg (hurray for Schs). This staff is definitely one of the best available and will easily outdo most any other.
This is now the ideal staff to nuke in as of the August 5th update. The magic damage+205 is a HUGE deal despite the weapon losing 45 MAB. Completely destroys everything else on weaker nukes and it's going to be far more accurate on higher tier spells where magian staves still have their limited use.
Laevateinn 99 = 60MAB...
aside from the <Enhances "Elemental Seal" effect>.... this might make the best nuking staff as of yet.... and the best part is a SCH can also use it. Goodbye Mythic D:
