Probably the best lance a DRG at level 90 can get off the AH, and not too shabby at all. A very decent base damage with Resist Slow and Addle as gravy. Until you can move up to a Vougier's Contus or Magian polearm (or get lucky with a well augmented Guisarme) this will serve you well.
