We will be 90 cap in no time, and eventually 99. The benefits of Berserk and 2A will start to diminish when /NIN brings DW3 to the table -- a full 10% jump over DW2, and 15% over our native DW1.

Thief really needs native DW2 at some point on the way to 99, preferably DW3. It makes no sense that DNC gets access to as high as DW4 and we don't. NIN should also probably get a DW5 trait to distinguish it from DNC.
