It's really the only thing worth using until Dark Staff. I still sell and use this item today.
Quite frankly I'm surprised this isn't selling faster. 32-51 is a long time so it's not like your not going to get near 0/50 charges by the time you hit Dark Staff.

Considering you don't have to keep repurchasing Pilgrim's Wand, there's plenty of reason alone to not buy these. Same reason why Resentment Cape PLDs often stop buying High Breath Mantles.
Of course, a lot of people just skip hMP wands anyways.
