When farming in Zi'tah I've gotten 25 hp per hit from this, sometimes draining 100 hp per fight so it's a pretty good weapon for farming.

Anza, you are incorrect. it does stack with drain samba, giving you a larger drain effect when it does.

Additional Effect:
Activation rate seems to be about 3-5%.
Amount of health drained is 20-25 against weaker mobs, while only draining 1-5 health against tougher mobs.
HP Drain effect will stack with Drain Samba, was able to drain 21hp from a Tough mob several times.
