A good off-hand dagger for THF while you wait to get a Sirocco etc. +DEX helps with with SA and TA. About equal with Stylet in my opinion, what it lacks in stats it makes up for with lowered delay, however is about 100k cheaper. As mentioned the main benefit is the low delay which matches that of Blau Dolch so great for a starting haste build. Not worth having unless its +1 though.
