Any Bst/nin 70 or above should consider purchasing 2 of these. when equiped with a gaudy harness and some odd piece of equip with MP (ex. star necklace) the 2 latents kick in giving you 10 HP every other tick. great for farming.

Latent effect triggers when MP are over 0 (even MP 1 works) and the weapon is drawn (so the regen effect dont work if you're not fighting)

With Sanction Refresh and any MP merits or MP from gear, you can have the latent on these active every other tick. Nice axe for WARs until Maneater and Woodville's.
