Since Icerod's comment was left, MMM was added to the game. A drop from there, the Mamool Ja Mantle, gives Racc5 and Ratt10. While it can be difficult to get into MMM if you son't have a static, it is probably easier than getting the Aileron Mantle (Racc6 Acc6) from assault.
