If you're a PUP and don't have one of these, you either have Pantin Cape or need to get off your *** and get one.

@ Poplin: Actually, Fradubio doesn't even appear in Nyzul Isle. Oddly enough, this is the rare appraisal off Fraelissa in Nyzul.

This price is going to crash crash crash with the Odin Mantle now available, since most patrons of this cape are level 75 Pups/Mages looking for a decent Melee Backarmor.

This isn't bad thing, for the PUPs/BLUs who are ~52 who are looking for a quick upgrade in mantle, (until 61 for BLUs)

If you don't have access to Odin fight this is still the best melee back armor for the mage jobs listed + PUP, but not BLU!

PUP gets Relic Cape though, harder to come by but much better!

Melee White Mages, take notice of this wonderful cape! The best option for raising DoT during TP build, possibly even comparable to Royal Army Mantle for Hexa Strike (Bellicose is a hit with Mystic Boon). The only other useful options during TP phase are -physical damage, -emnity, defensive skills, to a lesser extent HP: and none of which raise damage.

For those of you summoner's interested in such things for soloing, this seems to be the only thing that can give attack for you cape-wise.

This was a rare drop from Nyzul Isle got from the NM Fradubio and it dropped the ??? Cape

Unless you have a boxer's mantle, having the extra evasion and guard never hurt anyone.
