I'm rather curious how this would compare to the Pahluwan body piece.

However it would take a signficant increase over P.body to make it worth losing 10 acc & 10 r.acc.

At the very least this piece will help you complete the set and makes a fairly decent TA piece assuming you don't currently have a Dragon Harness.
