Please check again. Relic hands give 3 wind skill. And also 3 wind skill > 5 chr, especially for buffing

For buffing and debuffing, AF hands (and +1) are most always better than these. These are truly only useful if you need quicker timers for songs like lullaby, or as a macro for finale (which has a very low resist rate)

It depends on which role you are set. These are really great for merit partys.

It's decent for BRD/WHM too, since they give a little MP+

But although they are ugly like ***, AF Hands are best if your main priority is buffing.
