Not citing any specific examples because I don't do this kind of thing, but this earring could be useful for backwards tanking where Minuet/madrigal WON'T give you a boost to the enmity you create. rate me down if you want, its just a thought.

If the Temple Cyclas is equipped this ability will restore an amount of HP to the user equal to three times the character's VIT and will also remove paralyze. If the Melee Gloves are equipped in addition to the Temple Cyclas this ability will restore an amount of HP to the user equal to 3.6 times the character's VIT and will also remove disease.
Why do I see Paladins wearing this earring? All it gives is 1 Vit and 1 Agi, better off to go for something like and Anti-venom or Insomnia earring if anything. Yes the Enmity is nice but when are you gonna get a bard using Knights Minne?
