100,000 gil is perfectly reasonable for this ring. The major factor in its expanded cost is that the BC is very rarely done.
However, the ability to get a teleport at your own will and without the complications of juggling yourself around in parties is worth well more than the monetary cost of 10 teleports.
That said, I would still like to see these be more common and go down to about 20,000g
