If you're a WAR, you should definitely pick a pair of these up. Hecatomb Subligar +1 augmented with Accuracy+ and Critical Hit Rate+ are ideal for Ukko's Fury inside Abyssea, and while Blood Rage and Potency are up outside Abyssea.
Like my comment on the Cursed Gloves -1 page, these too are still relevant in 2012.
