Very nice item to use in party downtime for Paladin and Blue Mage
for BLU you can have your own 3mp/tick refresh at 59 with this in ToAU areas with the lv58 spell combo for Auto Refresh, Sanction and this body piece
Auraeon's comment predates the addition of Ixion Cloak and Argute Gown (may even predate the addition of SCH AF). In any event, this is *still* the best piece to idle in when you have a >fully charged< sublimation for a SCH, especially if you have some of those other jobs that can't wear Ixion's or in rare cases where you are doing anything with a level 60 cap (BCNM/CoP missions/etc).
Very nice body piece for main healing as Scholar. Unfortunately, this is the only body piece that Scholar can wear that has Auto-refresh on it, so we're forced to go without a hat in order to have the Auto-refresh effect
Although Yigit set is equipable by Scholar and gives a set: refresh effect, it doesn't let you equip MP gear in other slots when main healing while keeping the auto-refresh effect.
This Cloak is also equipable 13 levels or so before Yigit set is. Very much worth it, in my opinion, however I do hope later on down the line, they(Square-Enix) will give Scholar a body piece with Auto-refresh on it that let's you wear a head piece at the same time, like Summoner's Yinyang Robe perhaps.
There seems to be a bit of confusion with Sublimation and Refresh on body pieces. The only "Refresh" that Sublimation does not stack with is the Refresh Status Effect, i.e. RDM Refresh, FoV Refresh. Gear Refresh (e.g. Vermy), Auto-Refresh, Ballad Status, and Evoker's Roll Status all stack.
This body regardless of the 4 hp/tic sublimation, is still usable during downtime on sublimation itself. As well as during a full charge there is no point to keep having the sublimation gear on when it is no longer charging. Sure this piece is a little situational but its still a good piece to have.
This is a must-have item for RDM BRD and SCH even at 75. This is of course until acquiring very rare items, indeed. E.g, Dalmatica, Marduk's Jubbah, Morrigan's Robe, Ixion Cloak, Duelist Chapeau, and Argute Gown.
