This may not be the best looking armor, yet the effects are quite nice. The DEX and VIT boosts are nice for WAR, DRK, and PLD. I can't say much about the other jobs since I don't know them well enough.

It's a nice piece for THFs as well for their WS build. It's too bad for Elvaans THFs who usually wear their RSE legs during these levels; it looks almost as bad as Rapparee Harness. ;;
