The thing, and the MAJOR thing is that., while you can do it from a Sam's perspective, what about a.. rng?, thf?, heck, any of the other 15 jobs that can't wear a fowling. This is a great item, because its ALL jobs.
It's not even a comparision, very very very few people will only have sam to 75. Most likely, they'll have multiple jobs to 75, of which, this earring will help them for all 1 hit WS.

Fowling you get 1 less STR but +3 acc. And unless you got the funds for this, i wouldnt worry about it. Even for WS macro, its only +1 STR for about 750k. Your choice
It seems to me that New Moon, though many sites claim its great for HQ, has never , ever produced good results on this synthesis for me. Anyone else experience this issue?
