AGI effects many things in this game. Parrying, Blocking, Evasion, Trick Attack, Ranged Accuracy, and Ranged/Melee Weaponskill modifiers.
Also a note for Rangers, these earrings are great weaponskill earrings for Sidewinder/Slugshot and Trueflight. The main thing that makes Triumph Earrings appealing for RNG is they effect directly RATK and Sidewinder.
Assuming your crafts are high enough to craft ingredients needed, here is this items true cost:
1 x Silver Ingot: Ores are bought from NPC and crafted so only cost is around 1500 gil per ingot
1 x Insect Wing: Insect wings are farmed from bees, beetles, and flies.
True cost: 1500 gil
Any ingredients that are NPC sold for less than 100 gil will be considered no cost.
These are a really great choice for PLDs that can't afford Buckler Earring. It won't raise your proc rate like Buckler would, but also keep in mind that AGI helps parrying and evasion, as well. Best thing is the low pricetag, especially for a HQ item.
yeah, thats basically what theyre good for, unless you choose to go the lolPLD route, and dont want to shell out the money and effort for a mercenary's earring and a buckler earring.
To users of other jobs than pld, i dont know what effect AGI will have on your jobs, i only know its shield procing effects, so dont get mad that its actually useful for your job lol.
