Easily the toughest thing I've fought personally, I'm not sure if she is the toughest thing a rdm could take on though.

My favorite things to solo at 75 RDM were:

Gration - Gigas NM in Misareaux coast with nasty intimidation and slams.

Golden-Tongued Mulberry - Pso'xja NM that dropped uggy pendant and loved to cast death sleep and Cure IV ><

ENM/ISNM etc for more $$$ particularly the Orobon one in ToAU.

At ilvl 119 i'd love to see some PW/Delve boss solos, I know a few have already been done by RDM.

are you using an actual 360 or just 360 controller and vanilla PoL, that latency is rough.

Actual 360, it's definitely a waaaaaaay different experience vs playing on PC.

i wonder if the changes to enfeebling, Healing, and elemental magic and defense make these kinds of solo's easier or harder than 75 cap.

I think all the large changes to gear=lvl have closed the gap between jobs. Nobody is out there trying though!

Not much resists anywhere when you can augment 20-30Macc/3~4%PDT/3-4%MDT or MAB on all 5 main armor pieces. Fairly Easy to reach the 50% healing cap. Melee builds are looking pretty good too. Lehbrailg + 2 , Tamaxchi, Anahera Saber/Tojil sword all OP.

His paralyze resists on Suzaku are pretty brutal, despite her fire affinity. I don't recall it being that hard to land, and Upbeat's equipment is likely superior to the gear I had at the time.

There's been quite a few changes to enfeebling magic since Avesta made their videos. Biggest one that comes to mind is the nerf to how long enfeebles last, wasn't there a time bind always landed for the full duration?

360 Macro placement:

Each arrow = a "/macro set #" command

*Sub changes depending on spell
*Missing Nashira Seraweels & Avocat Pigaches

Would using Chatoyant or HQ ele staves be more m.acc than Alkalurops?

HQ staves are the equivalent to +30 macc

Monsters only have increased movement speed out of combat.


Also, it would be +25~% I presume because that is what the movement speed update graciously gave us.

Nice to see someone still interested in these sort of fights! I had done quite a bit of these fights in the past and certainly had fun learning (dieing a lot :(!) from them. If you're interested in continuing you can look into the SCNM related NM's.

Not all of them are do-able and i wouldn't waste too much time trying on some of them so you'll want to research them properly and get a game plan.

To be honest i had limited my targets to these as the gear drops from these NM's were worth some gil back in the day so it's possible that there exists others that you can play with. Don't forget your powder boots, RR earrings and A LOT of shihei (2-3 stacks a NM maybe?).

All of them in Beadeaux are soloable.
-Ra'Dha Scarscute probably being the most challenging.

All of them in La Vaule are soloable.
-Cogtooth Skagnogg being the most challenging.

I don't have alot of experience with Castle Oztroja, except for the bow NM which use to sell for millions. He's rough, but doable.

These NMs, particularly Beadeaux targets, were the most fun I had soloing, probably on the account of them being fun whilst, at the time, highly rewarding.

A bit late, but for your Enfeebling set, you could pick up a pair of Goliard Clogs. A pair of Bricta's Cuffs or Morrigan's too, for when you can't benefit from the Master Casters. Goliard would make a good substitute as well. I recommend Bricta's since they make a great Slow and Paralyze piece as well, and would only carry Morrigan's if you had full set to nuke in. If you can get a pair of Nashira legs, that's an upgrade as well. Balrahn's Ring over Insect (obviously,) and definitely use Chatoyant or the Magian +3 M.acc affinity ones (at least for the must land spells.)

Here is mine for non MND boosted ones. I use Ice and Wind grips for Bind, Silence, Gravity. Bugard +1 for everything else.
