The Best Friend Feature can only be accessed if you turn off the child personal info protection thing that's always on in the 3DS Parental Block thing. Just go into your 3DS settings and set up a profile thing then turn it off.
It's a pretty neat feature. It has a log too so you can keep track of the conversation. And pretty much if you're both online, even if your gates aren't open, it's kind of like an IM thing? It's neat.

Slingshot should be sold by the Nook bros when they expand, as usual, I believe.

yea have apples here. planted 2 oranges from the secritary. and got some coconuts from the island i planted on my beaches just now.
My town fruit is peaches.
