Let alone the fact that iq is a highly imperfect metric as global intelligence is actually comprised of many different parts: ie logical-mathematical, social, cultural, spacial, linguistic, etc. One could solve physics problems while being unable to tie his shoes. The description of intelligence Saevel gives seems to be just a concept he's enamoured with, cause it sure ain't based on real facts.

The media has lied about the crowd size. #fakenews strikes again!

https://www.reddit.com/r/The_Donald/comments/5ph3aj/proof_real_inauguration_crowd_size_vs_fake_news/

Here's the one photo that sums everything up in one pic.

Here's the gigpixel CNN posted which shows very clearly the national mall is nearly at max capacity. (the lower picture above is found within the gigapixel link)
http://edition.cnn.com/interactive/2017/01/politics/trump-inauguration-gigapixel/

Also there are plenty of pictures from around the monument that show over flow crowds out of view of the aerial and gigapixel photos for comparison.

Clearly the MSM will lie through their teeth to paint the false narrative they want.

Be careful with them catch phrases. I remember when facts I don't like was an insult liberals used. It got turned on them so fast that they've had to outlaw it from the Washington Post.

I don't remember that at all. We need to send Conway some flowers for coining the new slogan for the Trump Admin. Its going to chase them for the next 4 years. Too bad we have to wait a week for SNL.

That pic was taken from a lower angle from the opposite end of the mall with the bulk of the crowd in the foreground. Of course it's going to look more full. Dem facebook angles.

Well, it's a good thing that inauguration turnout in a heavy liberal area makes such a difference. For a while there I was worried that first-term Trump would have vastly more power than second-term Obama.

Incorrect

You can clearly make out the scissor lifts in each photographs. There are pile more people behind them in one and not the other.

Perspective doesn't work like you think it does.

Its just funny they care so much about this. Politifact destroyed Baghdad Bob but they keep on clinging to it. Fewer people tuned in, fewer people went. Shouldn't be a surprise to anyone.

Despite laying out the facts for vic to see, his solution is to just close his eyes.

Uh, pictures are not actual facts. Unlike the numbers I provided, which are actually factual. I believe I came in on top of your little pyramid. Whereas you are simply making things up using...photographs.

The pictures aren't comparable. It's not even necessary anyways. So people didn't wanna show up to Trump's party (3 doors down just doesn't quite attract the crowds anymore, or ever). Ultimately it's meaningless and not at all surprising given his current popularity, but now it's gonna linger in the news because the administration couldn't just drop it.

There is a time lapse video that disproves the assertion. It was taken by Reuters.

YouTube Video Placeholder

Also Assange is seeking donations to fund the effort to get Trump's tax returns in response to Conway and Spicer's words this weekend.

Representatives of the administration are pulling some 1984 and Brave New World ***needs to stop, and they need to be called out for it.

Very obvious edit happens at 46 seconds.

There are very clearly thousands of people behind the plane of the red brick building in the gigapixel shot.

How about actually clicking on the CNN Gigapixel, turn towards the crowd, and zoom towards the building. The place was nearly at maximum capacity. Get your heads out of the sand. Largest turnout ever, probably not, but much more than the photos that keep going around on social networks.

Just watch the video and cry yourself to sleep along with Donald. You don't have to try defending his ego, that's Conway's job.

Crying, sure. Being the most powerful man in the free world is just a consolation prize for losing out to the first black president on inauguration crowd size.

Whoopdee freaking do, why are we even talking about this?

Because it causing Trump to have his jimmies rustled at max. Why else would he spend a majority of his time with the CIA bitching about facts I don't like and alternative facts.

I'm surprised that they've allowed these two pictures to become world news. In the end it doesnt matter if you compare it to how many people showed up, the day after, all over the globe to protest against conservative ideas and for women's rights, respect for minorities, freedom of religion etc. etc.

The reaction of the "leader of the free world" and his entourage is unfitting for their role and promises nothing good for the future. I wonder why the man cant be a bit more subtle.
How can you threaten to re-evaluate the relationship with the press while free press is a cornerstone of a democracry.

On the other hand, while the press and everybody is talking about these numbers, nobody is really paying attention to whatever else is happening in government right now. While I don't think Trump's ego would allow him to purposely look bad, it could help congress put through some controversial decisions. Imagine if they attempted to move the ethics committee to being controlled by congress like they tried to at the start of the new session. At the time, it seems Trump's views on it, and the public's view on it, caused them to back off. Do it now, and it passes before there is any outcry.

No, it would still be outcry. Just not as much as it was when Congress started.
