Dmg: 49, Delay: 189 DEX+15, Crit Hit Rate +5% and "Occasionally deals severe damage." I think I just came. This sounds like the perfect offhand for Twashtar, but occasionally deals severe damage? This kinda sounds like [death]. Thoughts?
if by death you mean .HACK's version of death (which was massive damage in a single hit), then yes it sounds exactly like [death] when we have an Add. Effect "Death" weapon already in the game.

Then what do you suggest "deals severe damage" means? A super crit of some sort? It's called speculation. Glad to see you bring nothing to the table :)
Dealing "severe damage" could be similar to the migawari.
While under the effect of Migawari, should a Ninja take any single source of damage that is higher than 95% of his/her max HP, the damage shall be annulled.
So perhaps this dagger will deal 95% of the mobs max HP?
Or Sentinel's Scherzo:
Reduces the damage taken of attacks that would otherwise deal 75% or more of your maximum HP.

A couple people have said this and severe does not mean death, It means really really bad. If I say to a doctor the patient has severe bleeding on his right arm, that does not mean the patient is dead , or that his right arm is dead. It does mean that his right arm needs repaired beyond that of normal means. Also twilight scythe has death already on it.
To me it sounds like an attack that ignore's the mobs defense(100% would be sever but I doubt SE would be that cool), or most likely knowing SE a 100% critical hit damage bonus, if they could program it easily probably over the 100%, but I doubt since it took aegis forever to be able to go over 50% cap.

No. +40 for all stats via 2 armor slots and 1 wep should serve some purpose. I dunno though, I'm not a sam. Could be useless.

god i still remember that too, waltz II being the power of waltz III and being able to spam it with sbarro superhero
i'd give up haste samba and waltz III to regain access to that
