So I'm curious. I have 8/8 in sword merits and a suppa. War will hit 75 very soon. I'm planning on having Perdu by the time I'm 75, I also have a joyeuse.....I want a maneater though. Is it really pointless to get one? Even if I have the sword merits/suppa and the piercing bonus on the joyeuse? I understand the power of GA but at least for me would it really be wa complete waste to get a maneater? I don't want to waste my money...

Ok, guess I'm saying, for if I ever felt like doing maneater/joy instead of perdu /nin or /sam would that be completely illogical? I'd like to mix it up every now and then if possible.

Personally, I wouldn't because GA will pretty much always give superior results.
I did own Maneater though and I only sold it after I levelled SAM. Not that I ever really used it.

Misread your original post thought you said you was seeking all day but it said "seeking daily" :).
On a side note an old ls friend of mine was dual axe war we did some parses on Colibris i was Perdu voulge he was Maneater / Juggernaut (both /nin). Was funny to see our Total damage was like .1% difference or something low.
Only time he would give up his axes was for HNM stuff where steel cyclone was better.
