Recurring minor annoyance.

Twice a week or so, a page I'm trying to load will wind up blank. Every time I can presently remember its been when I click the [stack] button on an item. refreshing clearing cache etc do not help, and I can view any other item stack or single just fine just the ONE page seems "stuck". If I wait 20 min to an hr and then refresh, poof there it is just like there was never a prob.

Browser: SeaMonkey 1.1.12
Only plug in is nopscript 1.8.2, and ffxiah.com is on its whitelist.

Edit: just happened to power search results as well. Sigh.

Edit 2: on a second PC (same browser details) the bug happens also, at the same time, but a different page..So each PC can see the opposite ones missing page..Wtf?

At this point I don't really think its the site anymore. But intermittent= f#%^er to diagnose.

Seamonkey is basically the same as Firefox. I'm at a loss as to what to try in order to find out whats wrong. My ISP is crap but I wouldn't think it could cause problems with single pages this way.

Fresh clean windows XP pro install (onto a completely blank shiny new hard drive!). Still happens. Its not my PC.

/stumped

Going to see if it happens at a friends place, I'm going to be visiting a few days there anyway.

Is anyone else experiencing this? I can't reproduce it on my end, except with browser security software that traps javascript and other stuff necessary for the site. But then FFXIAH.com has never worked with javascript disabled or selectively blocked.

Sorry to necro this but it still happens and I made a discovery: it only happens following links. A workaround is to put the exact full item name into the search box, which as you know skips the search results and goes directly to the item page.

Does not seem to matter if the link is on ffxi or linked to from another site, its only urls using the id=number type of link, so it hasn't been happening on any links from ffxiclopedia. At least for me, so far.
