Yep, no emails. I even just went and "updated" my credit card info on the Squeenix Mangment site, just to see if that was it.
It says it accepted my updated card info, but still when I hit the "List Subscriptions" link, it says, "There are no subscriptions." So, I can't update anything...it's as if they were all deleted.
Ok never mind I found hem...it's showing in the FFXI/POL section, it shows they've all been "Cancelled" for some reason.
Just odd because I've had it occur before where my Squeenix payment hit my bank account and I didn't have enough in to cover the fees, but how my bank account is set up, it paid it anyhow and just charged me a $35 charge for going under $0 on my account. But this is different...this doesn't show the Squeenix payment hitting my bank account at all, I am still over $0 in my account so nothing has been debited or "bounced." My accounts were just cancelled for some reason.
