How do I stop windower from running in full screen. I checked my settings on FFXI and it says it's not full screen.

If it's windower4, when you boot up and have the window that lists your Profiles/Addons/Plugins, hit the pencil (edit) button, then you should have your window options -- Borderless Window, Window, or Fullscreen. Make sure, if your goal is to have windowed, that the resolution aligns with the window size you're looking for (e.g. 1280x720).
