GAIN MONEY NERF!
Naw I'm just playin (probably)
Quote: January Records of Eminence ・Adjust objective criteria What if they.... double number of sparks you receive for completing an objective? Oh wait this is SE. -60% sparks received, double the objective requirement.
I would imagine this has something to do with the Ambuscade V2 adjustments, maybe adding an extra seal reward objective *shrug*
V2 fix just looks like a direct increase, VE-D weird to not increase VD *shrug*
Maybe dropping the 10 mobs per KI down, being that they dropped the V1 down twice to now 3. I hope its just a translation error
Nah buddy... BR74 code will work forever to gain money

Or you could read whole thing like Kusaregedo did before creating useless threads..
Dawg. Do you not sense the complete and total lack of seriousness in my post, literally.
Gain-Money _NEEDS_ to be nerfed. So of course, it won't ever be. I make over two-hundred million gil a week. JUST from the 12 hours gain-money is up. That shouldn't be allowed to exist. Offline

Because you simply exploit it with multi account and probably lots of cheats like instant selling and maybe even pos hacking. For normal person with one account its more like 15M a week in 12hours and not everyone can be online during all 12h too (in EU one of gain is from 4 to 8 am, other in middle of Sunday). So from normal single account player point of view there is nothing broken with Gain exp. Its like saying Sparks for crystals objective and Combat should be nerf too, because you can take 18 man ally and get 18 * 99999 sparks in few hours, regardless of time of week. Offline

This thread is so good I don't even know where to begin..we should probably close it cause the awesomeness is overwhelming.
You can sell those things, because inflation is so out of control, because gain-money exists.
There's a difference between taking hundreds of millions from people, and creating hundreds of millions out of thin air. Thread ain't even awesome yet, we need way moar posties Gain-money is identical across all servers. Thats the problem with sparks. They were always VERY careful about how much items could be NPC'd for, for fear of hyper-mega-insane inflation. That's gone completely out the window.
NPC pays 1m for capped sparks and 1m for capped accolades on every server. Everything is overvalued on other servers too. Gil gets bought here and brought there.

More accounts working together can get more. Takes about 10min per character to dump. (sparks, accolades, zoning) I think it's been said before in other threads but the economy is now totally farm based as much of the lower level crafting sales have been negated by Curio Moogles. Unless you're a high level crafter making millions (after the billions you spent leveling it)you're farming something, be it Alex or ancient currency or HMP or Ultimate Rocks or Sparks/Accolades to buy said crafted items. Past precedent dictates they're more likely to gimp resale prices than change the 'drop rate' (see chocobo blinkers and Wisteria lumber). But considering Matsui-san specified what they are doing this all seems rather moot.
I think 300m for new crafted items qualifies as "entirely out of control" tbqh.
When you literally can't bazaar something because it costs more than the absolute maximum, and that's commonplace, yeah there's a "small" problem. I love how the salty *** are talking about the economy as though a.) they don't exploit it constantly and b.) it somehow actually matters.
That said, as a filthy casual who gets bored long before spending 4 hours on the EXP objective, I am curious what people kill. I see a couple folks on things in Escha-Ru'Aun and Reisenjima, but it sure doesn't seem like Shiva turns into a crowded madhouse merely because it's time to make gil. Not that I can figure out why people are so high on themselves to have all that gil, anyhow. The more obnoxiously wealth-obsessed players I've met continuously run into the problem that there aren't enough people selling Plutons or whatever for them to spend all that money. It's usually for their 15th DREAM weapon for their third-tier mule that doesn't need it, anyhow, but they're the kind of people who cringe in fear when asked "Why are you doing this?" And they got to those prices, because, sparks. Leviathan.Comeatmebro

They got to those prices because they came at a time where people had very little else to spend on, with RMEA having been stagnant and all other new escha gear having been r/ex. Sure, 400m is absurd for a Jinxed Jacket, but if it's the last upgrade you have left, there's only one of them, and that's the price it's being offered for.. you at least have to consider it. Sparks inflation probably isn't even outpacing spending on NPC mats right now. There is not even the tiniest chance that the 1.1m mats are gil sinking the creation of gain created by sparks
Not even 1% of 1% of created gil gets "destroyed" by buying from npcs Crour "was" a problem, and sparks is a thousand times worse. |
