Where is the best place to find the Baelfyrs for Searing Tempest and Blinding Fulgor and the Ungeweders for Anvil Lightning and Silent Storm?

I assume they are like the others and only spawn under certain weather conditions.

Any help would be appreciated.

Yorcia Alluvian Skirmish, buy cheap parts and "beat" the first level, but don't kill the thing that despawna everything. You can spend the rest of the time farming spells from every elemental.
