Anyone Here Do Copycat?

Curious if there's anyone that does this BC, I'm looking for a Coffinmaker. I can pitch in a few orbs.

Copycat is nice, definitely good money as far as KSNMs go. Ahhh I don't remember the setup exactly, but the important part is to understand the charm order and sleep that person. Once you coordinate that it's cake.

Just have a bunch of Blus.
Useless 2h, can stun spells. Win/Win.

5 blms and 1 brd, time nuke it and have an ES sleep2 order.

btw you can have the brd foe or horde lullaby after time nukes so he doesnt draw in or charm people.

That's the usual setup from what I've seen.

works well, going in with melee DD's usually leads to massive self ownage but you can do it carefully

Yup, this setup works really well, and even better if you replace the bard with a corsair.

Neither brd nor cor are needed, only need ~3 BLM really, just means you have to sleep it one extra time *shrug*. But this is a popular one for merc shells as you can grab two orbs at a time, one for copycat and one for ODS and they can both be completed easily with just a few blm's.

Edit: Okay, just looked it up and it's totally not the one I was thinking of, but ODS and Prehistoric Pidgeons are both really easy BLM burns, so it's still a popular merc shell choice (can burn three seals per person in one trip), but might need more than 3 blm's after all.

I recommend you get your coffinmaker from Royale Ramble.

Very easy KSNM, and guaranteed 300k per orb, give or take depending on server economy.

PLD/WAR, RDM/WAR, WHMorSCHorRDM, and three DDs. Piece of cake.

That works to, if I could edit the title I'd put all 3 in.

Personally I can't recommend ever doing any KSNM30 other than Royale Ramble, the gil/seal ratio is just too low, and if you're actually going for one of the KSNM weapons (Destroyers, Coffinmaker, Gondo-Shizunori, Dissector), all the better.

I don't do a lot of BCs but since the gun will more than likely go to waste I'm hoping a PT will let me lot it since no one will probably want it.

Copycat is actually pretty decent, only about half as much gil in guaranteed drops, but has about an 80% chance to pass Royale Ramble, and can pass even further with luck.

I'd charge you ~3k for it, they npc nicely :p

Overkill.

Fumas are 175k on my server whereas Orichalcum Ingot is 270k, and they both have the same drop rate on second ingots and Damascus/Damascene.

Sure, it will vary based on server but I was just saying from my perspective.
