Chat Window Size

i need help. i'm trying to play ffxi again after about 6 years and downloaded windower to play but it keeps changing my resolution to 1600/900 which is fine for the most part except its also changing the size of my chat box which is making it hard for me to read the chat log. i've changed the settings in ffxi config but when i start up windower it changes it back to 1600 x 900.

Windower Launcher > Default Profile > Pencil icon > Set desired screen resolution > Game tab > Adjust UI scale to your liking > Back arrow > Launch game
