Windower Fails To Launch POL (hangs)

As the title states, been having this issue lately and can't find the source. Nobody seems to know what's going on, and there's no crash for me to report as far as I can see. The problem goes like this:

- Launch windower
- Select profile
- Hit Launch button
- PlayOnline window pops up
- Nothing happens
- Window doesn't progress into the login screen, any attempts at interacting prompts windows to shut it down.
- Waiting for extended periods of time (1hr+) doesn't change this behavior.


It used to just randomly do this, then start to work again, but now it's just doing it all the time. I'd have to close chrome, various other applications in order to get it to launch. Usually worked on fresh restart, but it's not having any of that now.

I've tried fresh installs of XI/Windower, my OS is Windows 10 PRO x64. Looking for any help, playing with vanilla XI is just gross.
