Bazaar Problem

Hi! I'm quite new of the site and the game itself.
I've seen there is a section dedicated to bazaar vendors here (http://www.ffxiah.com/bazaar) but it seems it doesn't display all the vendors in game, in particular my character who also has opened a bazaar in the past few days. How can I do to make my character appear on the list? Thank you.
P.S. I don't use any sort of plugin/addon.

You can manually add a bazaar item through the menu bit it won't say what zone or last seen. All the ones with that info are from people with guildwork plugin loaded or by being examined by someone with the guildwork plugin.
