I have 2 rank 4 wins and basically no 119 gear looking at the options going for a Mog Kupon I-AF109 for all the Rem Chapters and Frayed Sack of Splendor to get a set of Acro set.
Looking of advice if that's the best use of the 2 rank 4s.

You get the AF109 kupon from the records of eminence intermediate tutorial (as well as a bunch of other really useful stuff) in case that influences your decision.
If you're into crafting, get the torques as it will save you tons of time over farming them.
I'm not gonna ever get back into the game enough to craft. So really it's the money/gear or trusts just don't want to make a mistake.
Cool you get another kupon from I may want to rebuild my COR, WHM or SMN one day so I think it might still be worth it.

then i guess get the arco set with 1, and for the other, decide if you can get people to do rems with you. you might want a kupon i-mat more since the mats for AF upgrade may be harder to get depending on your situation.
