Has anyone done any testing with enspells yet to see what SE changed?

Did that take into account the +5/+5 Gifts you get on RDM? Did he do any cap testing because previously 500 was the cap and RDM can easily bust 520. I'm at work and the bg forums are blocked by our proxy. Assuming its not including the gifts, then RDM should be able to get ~70 or so damage per swing on Tier I's which is a pretty nice bump in damage.

With 505 skill and 307 JP, I was getting 70 enspell damage. I bumped up my enhancing skill to 548 and was getting 76 damage.

At 540 Enhancing and the first +5 enspell unlocked (Gift 125) I am getting 75 damage (70 base) per swing. The next +5 is at 450 gifts. 537 skill gave 74 damage (69 base).

The scaling from the previous post is off. Let me see what I can come up with.

These are all after me removing the Enspell +5 bonus. The raw number was exactly 5 higher. It seems the calculation changes at 520~530 skill. Also everyone, please look into your gifts list and remove any Enspell+ you have activated otherwise it'll screw up the data. And yeah Enspell II's are still as trashy as ever.

You won't get even close to 500 enhancing when wearing Taeon.

Thanks protey. Both gifts give us +10 enspell damage ontop of those numbers. Whats your enhancing potency macro like anyhow, I'm at 540 enhancing and I don't see too many ways to boost that further?

Screw Phalanx I want Temper and Gain-Stat to scale past 500.

Well, I did two tiers shy of the highest of maximum possible (581 enhancing skill is highest one can go, 584 on lightsday), but it isn't practical to use that much as one would have to give up their TP (assuming one would swap into superior damage weapons). Gear for max:

Dual Wielding: Arendsi Fleuret/Pukulatmuj +1 (10/11)
Head: Befouled Crown (16)
Neck: Colossus's Torque (7)
Ears: Andoaa Earring, Augmenting Earring (5,3)
Body: Vitivation Tabard +1 (19)
Hands: Vitivation Gloves +1 (20)
Back: Ghostfyre Cape with 10 enhancing skill augment (10)
Waist: Olympus Sash (5)
Legs: Atrophy Tights +1 (17)
Feet: Lethargy Houseaux +1 (25)

Base: 404

Gifts: 13

Total: 581 (584 lightsdays)

Yeah gonna stick with my current sword options, didn't know the cape when to +10. Mines been at +1 with +18 duration so I've been keeping that. Otherwise I have all that gear, just not willing to use those swords. So 540 now, another possible 8 from gifts and some more from the cape, might bump me up another tier to 81 total with gifts. That's pretty nice.

Hi. can anyone post here a rule for gs lua that allows casting enspells in max skill gear? and maybe a rule as Long as spells arent updated, if they ever get again, that makes gs cast distract/frazzle III and Addle II in enfeebling gear?
I figgured that at least for me gs didnt consider spells like haste II and refresh II as spells that should be casted in Duration gear. with this rules it works:

Brocovich wrote this for me, so all thanks to him if anyone ever wondered why their haste II or refresh II never lastet as Long as they should.

at enhancing Magic skill 577 enspells do 85 additional damage (max Job Points), at 581 skill its still the same amount, can not try 584 yet.
