How I'd prioritize:
Piety legs for bar- and boost- spells (along with shellra augment)
Theophany legs for regen and cursna.
Piety feet for cure potency (along with protectra augment), since that can free up the hands slot
Theophany hands for cures (assuming 50% potency without Bokwus Gloves)
Piety hat for cure casting time (optional)
Piety body for regens and Benediction augment (cause why not)
My precast set:
ItemSet 247593
Genbu's Shield has a 6% cast time augment. With merits, that's -80% cure casting time with 5% insta-cast.
There are a variety of other options to also reach cap. Piety hat, Marduk+1 or Heka body, Aceso's Choker, Cure or Litany Clogs, etc.
Current most minimal cure potency set:
Tamaxchi
Augmented Genbu's or Sors Shield
Augmented Gendewitha head
Piety +1 feet
With 8% in augments between Genbu's (or Sors' 3%) and Gendewitha head, all other slots can be dedicated to other stuff (AF3+2 body, legs; recast time; -enmity; mnd/skill for potency). That's where Theophany hands comes in.
Aside: Theophany hat is the first piece I took to +1, and is now the only +1 piece I have that I don't use. I wouldn't bother with it.
