As Tedril stated, it will depend on how you want to play. For me, I'm building the entire set, but the Ankusa gloves and gaiters will come first for my pet -PDT build. The cumulative -7% PDT is nuts (for HQ). When you throw in Anwig Salade, you're looking at -17% pet PDT!
