Sayon +2 or Warlock's Tabard?
Just wondering about these bodies. Lets say you have ~500 Enfeebling Skill with the Tabard on. Would you go with the Sayon +2 instead and lose the 15 Enfeebling in favor of the 10% potency boost for certain enfeebles (like Slow, Para, Blind, etc)? What about enfeebles like Silence, because if it's silenced, it's silenced. There's no higher potency for silence unless the Potency enhancement affects the length of time silence lasts?
If you can reliably land an enfeeble without Warlock's, then don't use Warlocks.
For things like Silence or Sleep, I'd go with AF1 all the way (unless, like you said, it enhances duration - though I doubt that) Tabard is 15 MAcc. from skill. Sayon +2 is 16-22 MAcc depending on dINT/MND.
No reason to use Tabard for landing spells. Spell interrupt build maybe. Asura.Isiolia said: » Tabard is 15 MAcc. from skill. Sayon +2 is 16-22 MAcc depending on dINT/MND. Sayon adds 10% potency AND has better accuracy in all cases I'm aware of and even if it didn't a 1-2% difference in hit rate is negligible. Gear macc in other slots.

The Sayon doesn't enhance duration for any debuff like Sleep/Break, so it probably doesn't add any duration to spells like Silence (Bind too perhaps?). That is a really good question though and would need some testing for a definitive answer I think. @_@

Assuming capped dMnd without your body slot, Estoqueur's Sayon would give 16 MagAcc (10 + (0.5 x Mnd)). 1 MagicAccuracy = 1 Enfeebling Skill. There is no situation in which Warlock's Tabard would beat Sayon for landing enfeebles. Manasa Chasuble beats out Sayon for landing white enfeebles, however. Its minimum MagicAccuracy is +25.5. |
