I use whirlwind dirs in some tp situations when i'm /war (morta, kaggen), the regain effect from coercion helps me for 6 hit build.
only set i use them in is magic haste cap with lr up while using apoc, and unless you have apoc you shouldnt even look at these
hell i didnt even have these till the day before i picked up my apoc cause i was helping my wife get them for her upcoming mandau

It's a piece of equipment i directly advised him against before he posted any of this here.
I threw these out the moment i finished my ragnarok, since i never had plans to become a scythe user. They are definetly a nice piece for Entropy and i believe Catastrophe as well.

the ONLY ws that should see these in a set is mercy stroke.(bar lolfights w/ capped atk/acc on reso where it wont matter anyway)
