Nin AF3 Feet

12 hours in Aby Vunker and counting -_-
on 3 different days and only 2 Pup feet in my entire run.

Anyone has any worst luck than me?

Did all sorts of lights build.

Had stayed 4 hrs inside earlier capping Azure > Amber > Pearl.

Then decided on Amber > Pearl.

This drop rate is just terribleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

yeah terrible drop rate for anything that you want thats how SE rolls. i got mine off a cleave and ive seen a few drop in parties there as well. i wouls say best bet is try 1 of thoughts 2 and see how your luck rolls. best of luck^^

Yeah. thats what i did.
Did the initial with Azure capped to stay long in Aby zone, however i get more blue than gold.

Gonna try bats this week then.

Been doing crawlers, puks and bombs.

dont know if this helps any but i got mine off of crawlers. during the whole cleave we ended up getting alot of feet to drop. maybe its worth a shot if the others dont work.

i've always had the best luck around 60-85 amber for farming feet. you are most likely getting too much and ending up with mostly ki's and aug items.

well if im farmin ki's i normally do around 180-200 (any higher and i start getting less ki), but im far from an elite player. that's what has worked for me, but not gonna say it's the best.

When I was trying to do all AF3 armor for all jobs, I started with feet thinking they would be the hardest.

The way I did it was to cap pearl, 0 azure, 0 ruby, and 80 amber.

I didn't get TE's and I would go out for 2 hours at a time on nin with a whm mule. I usually farmed the spiders because they would link and I wanted seals from the time spawn nm that pops there. Within two sessions, I got all the feet from vunkerl.

TLDR; No azure, no ruby, max Pearl and below 90 Amber = best odds. Usually 2-4 small gold chests in a row and then a few random low level ones. Keep killing.

i actually work on max amber and pearl for gold chests, result = 2 pup feet. lol =.=

I have done these runs a bunch for friends and LS mates. I go blu have peeps work on Pearl and get amber up to 70-90 ish to try to stay away from large gold chests. Burn on Blu being I only rock Azure with aoe kills. Works really well. If you have one person killing for pearl and you can just get Amber up to that level and nuke the rest you have a good chance of getting what you need in a run. Sorry for the crap luck, it figures some times I know too well.

It def suck big time. I have the papers & the +2 upgrades. Just lacking the feet apparently.

And it seems SE just refuse to drop it for me. lol.

Burn PUP to 99, it's the only way to stop getting PUP drops. I joke, but when farming seals/feet for my static (NIN, BLU, BLM, RDM, DRK, none of whom have PUP leveled), we probably could have *all* fully equipped PUP had we kept the feet and seals. And we're still not done. lol.

Amber stays at 88 for me through~

Did twice that day, Nin feet finally appeared after my friend help me with lights ~.~

I spent 3 weeks before I got my THF af3 feet before they patched to make them more readily available.
