I saw that someone said that it might be a translation error, that "cura" should be "cure."

Can anyone confirm this?

It's not mentioned on BGWiki so I doubt it's true. It's most likely Cura.

Easy enough to test, and the base and +1 items don't have the cast time reduction, only the +2 version which was released recently.
