So I have been having some problems with this site running on Firefox for a while now. Anytime I try to post on any thread it just loads up a completely empty page with ffxiah.com/members/process in the address bar. It didn't bother me too much as I don't post very often, but lately I realised it causes the same issue with every single feature on the site. I can't + a post, edit or create item sets/merits, can't send pm, add items to wanted list/bazaar, add screenshots etc etc. I'm having to post this via Internet Explorer D:
I'm using latest Firefox version 12.0 btw, and have tried disabling every single addon/plugin but no change, just everything loading up that blank members/process page. Anyone any clue what could be causing this? Or mayhaps some issue withe site causing it. Idk, if anyone has any info or solution would be great, starting to miss using all the handy features here =/

Sounds like a NoScript issue, you sure you disabled it or allowed scripts from the site? Usually when I have a broken page like you describe, allowing scripts fixes it.

i need to ask u a few questions before i can give u any idea of what is wrong or if i can even help
question 1
what os(operating systems) are u running
question 2
what steps have u done to try to fix this problem all ready
example
i download a program ran a scan on my computers brain(registry) or i ran some scans to try to fix it on my end things like that.
question 3
what add ons do u have installed(please name them all in a list format as many as u can list.)
i only ask this for the fact u do not know how many times people think it is the site but it is something wrong with there computer.
also u may want to ask the mods to move this to the tech help forum

rikaichan ok so that rules out the program the poster before me said, can i ask u a small favor, can u take a screen shot of what happens when u do what your doing on ffxiah or i should say what happens when u try to do what u do. this sounds like a problem one of the others here had.
i need to also ask have u tryed programs like IE or any of the other internet browsers, just to see if it works or not.
if u need help getting a screen shot on to the site just let me know i will give u a step by step to do it.

i do not even know if this will help but try this then let me know if it works.
download and run ccleaner
check on the side when u open it if u do not want it to clear your recycling bin, then find it on the list on the side and uncheck it
for now only run a scan with the normal tool not the computer registry scan yet
btw when u go to the site this is the steps to download
step 1 hit the link
step 2 it will say down load
step 3 look for the one that says piriform not filehippo
then down load and run that then screen shot both the normal tool when u scan before u clean it and then scan the registry and screen shot but again do not clear the registry yet.
btw keep in mind this is hit or miss if this dose not work we will need to look at other ways to fix it.
btw on a small side note let me know if this sounds like the problem your haveing.

If the above doesn't work, go to Tools-> Options-> Content-> Enable Javascript. If it's not checked, check it and restart your browser.
Edit: and clear cookies for the site, shot in the dark but you never know.

the version of your OS is irrelevant, and this isn't a malware issue.
(I've never seen malware that will block a page from loading).
will the main ffxiah.com site load?
Personally, I'd backup your favorites, and uninstall and reinstall firefox, have you tried the site in another browser (and is it working fine?) (read more of the above).

when one uninstalls/reinstalls something to fix an issue, it's best to wipe everything, not to mention backing it up is never a bad idea.
and again: this isn't malware, well it could be, but the likelihood is miniscule at best, you'd have a better chance at wining the lottery.

and again: this isn't malware ok so then for the op like i said before forget what i said make a back up of your data then do a clan install of every thing if u want that part is up 2 u.
i just quoted and said what i did to let u know u can and i wanted to fix my last post but short story is that u should back up your data then uninstall every thing firefox i mean when i say every thing.
u may need to redownload all your add ons after this as well and reset them the way u like.
